The cool mornings and nights with warm days is a reminder that Autumn has arrived. There are many other reminders. Once of which is that the Retreat Center is in full retreat mode. Take a careful look at the 2023-2024 Retreat Brochure or the biweekly Retreat Emails and register earlier than later because the retreats are filling fast.
The end of summer and beginning of autumn brought the Summer/Fall appeal. Supporting the Jesuit Retreat Center is no small thing. Retreats Change Lives, a collection of personal stories posted to our social media outlets, begins on November 15 with a Kickoff with Speaker Fr. Tom Weston and emceed by Board Member Paul Venables, and culminates on #GivingTuesday November 28. A free online event, the Kickoff will look at the way the Retreat Center serves the recovery community. The year draws to a close with Lessons & Carols, an expression of gratitude from the Retreat Center. This Advent/Christmas Celebration on December 6 is free to our 2022 and 2023 donors.
