Silent Retreat for Women and Men
From the chaos of creation through the crossing of the Red Sea to the flow from the pierced side of Jesus on the Cross, the powerful symbol of water courses through the scriptures. It gives way to order from chaos, sweeps away the remnants of sin, and quenches the parched throat. As John’s Gospel tells us, Christ is the living water, come to slake the thirst of our souls and bring us eternal life. In this retreat, we will probe this powerful symbol of God’s grace to rediscover ourselves buoyed by the font of God’s over-flowing love.
