Go Virtual!

I had retreatants on the same retreat in Peru, Ecuador and the Philippines. One 19th Annotation retreatant is a missionary in Honduras. A friend of Fr. Tom Weston's checks out his retreat from Paris (France, not Texas, that is). We were able to continue our training program for directors on Zoom, even though they had to leave town. And I found myself Zooming one of those sessions from a bedroom in New Orleans!

Zoom became a necessity during the pandemic but now we are finding it a blessing in any number of ways. Being at the Retreat Center for a retreat or program is a beautiful experience of God's grace and beauty. But if you have any problem coming here in person, know that we have you covered with many retreats and programs that happen virtually. Check out some of them here: Virtual Retreats | Jesuit Retreat Center | Los Altos, CA (jrclosaltos.org)

There are other possibilities of spiritual direction and 19th Annotation retreats done virtually so contact us if you are interested in them. See you ZOOM!

Fr. John Auther, SJ is a Jesuit for 42 years and a priest for almost 30 years. In his pastoral ministry he has devoted a good deal of time to Spanish-speaking work, detention facilities and retreats. He began working at JRC in January 2020
